My Conclusions:

Although not much is to be found online about Vital Nutrients (especially when blocked entrance to the company's site on multiple occasions), their PMS Support supplement seems to be a decent option for those wanting to alleviate common PMS symptoms. Like many common supplements for menopause, this PMS supplement contains a variety of phytoestrogens to help balance hormones. Of the Vital Nutrients PMS Support reviews present on Amazon, many of them are positive. Nonetheless, even with the (somewhat) affordable investment needed to buy the supplement, it would be nice to see a money-back guarantee for those wanting to cushion their hesitation to buy a bit more. As always, consult with a physician before using.

My Tips for Improvement:

  • Be more transparent about company (not very descriptive online when its site can be accessed)
  • Offer money-back guarantee
  • List side effects on company website

Vitex, for example, helps the pituitary gland to modulate the production of luteinizing hormone, which supports progesterone production to maintain regularity. Dong quai, on the other hand, helps relieve cramps and other discomforts by relaxing smooth muscles.

Directions

Take one to two capsules per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. If pregnant, consult with your doctor before using as well. Keep out of reach of children, and store sealed in a cool, dry place.

Side Effects of Vital Nutrients PMS Support

Vital Nutrients does not mention any side effects of PMS Support. However, women should be cautious of overdosing on some of the phytoestrogenic herbs present within the supplement. For example, side effects of chaste tree berry can include intermenstrual bleeding, nausea, headaches, dry mouth, alopecia, and tachycardia.
