My Conclusions:

Pregnitude® seems to be a good start for women who are wanting to get pregnant but do not want to begin expensive fertility treatments or take prescription drugs. Out of what I could derive, the dietary supplement is composed of two main ingredients with no fillers added. Aside from research presented on the company's website, there are also independent studies in favor of using the combination of these two ingredients to improve fertility, especially for those suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). However, after poking around some, I was able to find that excess or high doses of folic acid might have adverse effects on human health. So, be careful when taking dietary supplements with folic acid. As always, consult with a physician before use to see if Pregnitude® is the fertility answer for you. Aside from this, I would like to see more transparency on the company's website (possible side effects, safety for long-term use, etc.) and a money-back guarantee.

Pregnitude Quick Fact Sheet

Pregnitude Supplement Facts

Pregnitude® Ingredients

Myo-inositol, folic acid

How Pregnitude® Works

Pregnitude® helps promote regular periods and ovulation as well as increase egg quality. The folic acid present within the dietary supplement is acclaimed to promote cell growth, and my research has shown that it has been found to prevent neural tube defects, hence it is a standard component of prenatal vitamins. Myo-inositol is a naturally occurring substance produced by the body from glucose that belongs to the vitamin B-complex group. It has been proven to help women with polycystic ovarian syndrome, a major contributor to infertility, as it improves insulin resistance.

Separate the two packets of Pregnitude® from each other along the perforated line. Pour the powder of one packet into an 8 oz. glass of water, and stir until the contents have been dissolved. Drink the entire glass. Take the second remaining packet in the same fashion in the evening. For best results, it is recommended to take Pregnitude® for at least three consecutive months. Store at room temperature (59-86°F) out of excessive heat and moisture.

Side Effects of Pregnitude®

Pregnitude® does not openly list any short- or long-term side effects for this reproductive support dietary supplement. However, many women on Amazon mention side effects of increasingly irregular menstrual periods, headaches, allergic reactions, bloating, rapid heartbeat, and more.

Where to Buy Pregnitude®

Pregnitude® can be purchased from pharmacies such as Walgreens and CVS as well as participating physicians. It may also be acquired directly from the company website or through Amazon.
